A white wine of straw colour with an intense aroma of pepper, tomato, sage and mint.
The taste is dry, velvety with a good acidity.
Alcohol content: 13% BY VOL.
Serving temperature: 8°-10°C.
Pairing: excellent with starters and first courses of fish or risotto, with pepper and fish with or without sauces.
