Cabernet Sauvignon IGP Veneto Orientale
A wine of intense ruby-red colour with violet hues and lightly herbaceous aroma with
nuances of raspberry, full in its taste, harmonious and fine.
With ageing the colour tends to garnet-red, the bouquet refines, while the taste becomes dry and austere.
Alcohol content: 13% BY VOL.
Serving temperature: 16°-18°C.
Pairing: ideal with roasted meat and venison.
